Featuring Chef Todd Fisher of Folktale Winery and Seventh & Dolores
6pm | Dinner Begins
Join us for this one-of-a-kind dining experience at the award-winning, 10-acre Hilton Bialek Habitat environmental education center at the mouth of Carmel Valley.
Each month, we will feature a local chef who will create a sustainable feast for 30 lucky attendees. Guests will enjoy produce grown just steps away in the surrounding organic gardens or sourced directly from small farms in our region. Best efforts will be made to source all proteins locally & sustainably to ensure the highest quality and minimal impact on the environment.
All net proceeds from these dinners will go directly towards supporting the vital work of MEarth (pronounced Me-Earth) in our community: www.MEarthCarmel.org.
*Please note that since the building is technically on school grounds, no alcoholic beverages will be served at the dinner. Chefs will prepare some inspired "mocktails" that will be creatively paired with courses for your enjoyment.
Over the last two decades Chef Todd has held several prestigious kitchen posts around the Monterey peninsula, orchestrated lively culinary collaborations, pioneered farm to table dining and traveled the country as the Celebrated Host of “The United States of Bacon” on Discovery Network. Locally he has been voted “Monterey County’s Favorite Chef”, an Honor he embraces graciously. In March of 2017, Chef Todd took his vast experience and personality to beautiful Folktale Winery in Carmel Valley where he oversees all of the Culinary Operations as VP/Culinary Director. Chef Todd’s youthful energy and culinary genius is in perfect harmony with exceptional service, magnificent wines and a stunning setting. Chef Todd also oversees the brands boutique Steak House, Seventh & Dolores in romantic Carmel by the Sea. Seventh &
Dolores is a chef inspired masterpiece of the American Steak House. On property his creativity inspires events, such as Folktale Chef Duels, as well as a chef’s garden and along with his team make Folktale Winery and Seventh & Dolores, California culinary destinations. Among his many culinary accolades he recently had the opportunity to cook at the epochal James Beard House where he was able to feature both culinary approaches. Considering all of his professional accomplishments, CT’s most prestigious titles are Husband and Father as he shares his life here in Carmel Valley with his beautiful bride, Ada and 5 amazing children.
