Yoga in the Habitat + Garden uPick

Join us for a special morning of yoga in the habitat with Sydney Bliss of Seaside Yoga Sanctuary. Participants will feel refreshed and relaxed after 60 minutes of yoga set amidst MEarth's 10-acre habitat, after the class we welcome guests to harvest their own take away from our cut flower, organic herb, or vegetable gardens. 

Class: $20/participant

Student/ Military/Teacher: $15 with valid ID

Open to all levels

Please bring mat, suncreen, hat, and water bottle.

About Seaside Yoga Sanctuary | Seaside Yoga Sanctuary is a Yoga community based on the Monterey Peninsula with locations in Carmel and Pacific Grove. Yoga is for everyone and it is part of our mission to make yoga accessible to all ages and physical abilities.  Our community of yoga offers a diversity in styles and levels of yoga;  both for the seasoned practitioner and new to yoga.  The yoga postures are taught in a safe, supportive manner; incorporating the basic principles of alignment.  Props are available at both studios and offered during class to modify, support or teach a posture. Through the practice of yoga we can gain flexibility, strength, breath and body awareness.  From that awareness, a new healthy lifestyle can be achieved. We are full of heart, and our team includes over 30 experienced & skillful instructors that will support you in your practice. We are here to meet you where you are; offering guidance in proper alignment and safety in the practice for your body type.
